With 25 years in the waterproofing and roofing industry as well as his technical, product and installations knowledge, his experience is unsurpassed. Byron comes from Sturgeons Eastern, a Montreal based waterproofing & roofing firm.
Sales & administration support staff are John Carpenter, Pat Roberts, Dante’ Miconi, Wanda Hlad and Michelle Cordeiro.

- A full 10 year Tops Roofing installation warranty.
- A mid warranty term inspection & service. This is provided at no charge and is in part of our installation warranty.
Competitive Warranties
As far as we know, there aren’t any that compete. The best installation warranty we’ve seen is 7 years on single ply roofing. Typically, many companies are still installing B.U.R. roofing. ( tar & gravel ) This type of roofing carries an installation warranty only, for a 2 – 5 year term. No product warranty at all. When the term is complete, your on your own.

My homeowners insurance covers me!
It won’t. When inviting a contractor onto your property to perform work, the responsibility is yours to ensure that contractor has adequate liability insurance. Always ask for a current policy as proof of insurance. Everyone claims to have it, many do not.
WSIB (workmen’s compensation) is also required. In Ontario you must have this. Ask for it! Any person telling you they carry private insurance, or their workmen have their own clearance slips, do not deal with these companies!
